• Preliminary technical application: September 16
• Full application: October 7

Please note that applicants must use the concept note template (https://wiki.digitalsquare.io/images/b/b0/Concept_Note_Template_FINAL.doc). Please ensure that your concept note, uploaded in the supporting documents section, meets the following requirements:

• 3 pages or less
• Created directly in the concept note template
• Contains the following elements:
  • Title
  • Two Sentence Overview
  • Executive Summary
  • Consortium Team
  • Project Description

In addition, on the OAP platform, please ensure you have:

• Copied the first three sections of the concept note into the OAP platform application page and complete the consortium team field.
• Provided Digital Health Atlas (https://digitalhealthatlas.org/en/-/) registration confirmation.
• Provided tagging, geographic reach, and source code, as applicable.
