Dear Colleagues of Digital Square,

Beginning today, September 23rd, RFA #2019-016 openIMIS Modularization, Nepali Functionality, and Community Development (https://wiki.digitalsquare.io/index.php/Solicitations) applicants will be able use feedback from the preliminary technical application comment period to revise the technical application (https://wiki.digitalsquare.io/images/0/0b/Technical_Application_Template_FINAL.doc), develop a budget (https://wiki.digitalsquare.io/images/0/0c/Sample_Detailed_Budget.xlsx) and budget narrative (https://wiki.digitalsquare.io/images/1/11/Budget_Narrative_Template_FINAL.doc), and submit these to the Digital Square OAP platform (https://applications.digitalsquare.io/rfa-2019-016) by 11:59 PM PDT on October 7th. The budget and budget narrative will not be shared publicly on the platform. Commenters see only the high-level summary budget provided in the technical application. Digital Square will close the ability to upload new content to the OAP beginning on October 8th.

Applicants must use the technical application, budget, and budget narrative templates for their submission.
