For Notice D applicants whose concept notes have advanced to the application phase, we advise you to upload a preliminary draft application to the OAP platform by Friday, June 21. Applicants must use the technical application template and should continue to iterate on their application submission based on comments from other applicants and stakeholders until July 5th. Digital Square will close the ability to upload new content to the OAP on July 6th. Please find a checklist of requirements for your full application per the Request for Application # 2019-006 Modification #3 here.
For members of the global goods community, your engagement during the technical application co-creation and comment phase is most appreciated. Please review the applications and post comments to the OAP, offering feedback, advice and suggestions for improvement between June 24- July 5. The transparency of this process is one of the benefits to the global goods community and your feedback is very important.
