Dear Notice C Participants,
Today marks the halfway point for the co-creation process.
During this time the in-scope submitters are developing existing concept notes into full proposals by forging collaborative partnerships and incorporating feedback posted in the comments section of their proposals. It is highly encouraged that everyone, not only those with in-scope proposals, participate in the commenting process. There are a number of concept notes that still have requests for partners to join their consortiums. Those seeking partners are marked with an asterisk below.
There are many tools and resources to assist with the proposal process within the OPP&P site and the Digital Square wiki, particularly in the minutes from our Q&A calls. Recently, Digital Square created a summary page to assist in identifying possible collaborations and easily sort in-scope proposals which can be found on the front page of the OPP&P.
Additionally, we encourage all proposal submitters to reference the OPP&P Directions page, which provides further details on the budget summary and budget template, with links to each included in-text. Please note the Digital Square team is developing additional tools and resources to support site navigation and finding proposal information which will be released in the near future.
It is also highly encouraged to review all requirements for the full proposals noted in the RFA. Please note that it is required to address user stories, provide a workplan, and register the global good to the Digital Health Atlas. For a proposal to fully be considered for funding, the concept note must be expanded into a full proposal that includes all of the headings in the outline.
For those working on in-scope proposals, we have received questions from several of you as you are refining your proposals and expanding your consortiums. Please do continue to reach out to us if you have questions about the process.
Below is a complete list of all in-scope proposals, divided by opportunity for easy reference.
Best wishes,
Digital Square
