This is a reminder that preliminary technical applications for RFA #2019-020 are due by 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Monday, November 18th. Please be sure to submit your preliminary technical application iteration on the OAP platform before this deadline. Following this deadline, Digital Square will close the ability to upload content to the OAP platform. From November 19th - December 5th, the preliminary technical appliation comment period will take place, during which other applicants and stakeholders in the community will be invited to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions on the preliminary technical applications.
