Dear Colleagues of Digital Square,

We are pleased to announce the launch of Notice E0 and E1. The call for applications for Notice E0 is RFA #2020-018: “Phase 1 Shelf Readiness.” Currently, US$150,000-200,000 of funding has been identified from which multiple subawards are expected to be made. The call for applications for Notice E1 is RFA #2020-019: “Client Registries.” Currently, US$600,000 of funding has been identified from which one subaward is expected to be made. We ask that you review the criteria and requirements carefully before submitting concept notes and applications.

Both Notice E0 and E1 will use the Open Application Process (OAP) on the open application platform. If this is your first time using the platform, you will have to register for an account. The process is easy and only takes a minute. If you have any questions about using the platform, please reach out to Caitlin Bowman (cbowman@path.org). Applications must usetheDigital Square provided templates for concept note, technical application, budget,and budget narrative.

Fact-finding questions on both the Notice E0 and E1 solicitations will be accepted via email to Caitlin Bowman (cbowman@path.org) through April 24, 2020 by 5pm EDT. Responses to all submitted fact-finding questions will be posted to Digital Square’s website on April 29, 2020. Please note that responses will not be confidential except in cases where proprietary information is involved. Inquiries after this date cannot be accommodated.

The Notice E concept note phase runs through May 22, 2020 at 5pm EDT. To encourage commenting, collaboration, and engagement during the concept note phase, the required preliminary concept note must be posted by May 8, 2020 at 5pm EDT. This will allow the following two weeks for co-creation.
