We are halfway through the Notice C Concept Note Phase!  If you are interested in participating in Notice C, we invite you to post your concept note to the Digital Square Open Proposal Process and Platform as soon as possible so that colleagues and collaborators can review and comment on your submission idea. As a reminder, you will need to create a new login for the Digital Square OPP&P platform. Whether you are participating in Notice C or not, we invite you to review and comment on the concept notes that are being submitted to  the Open Proposal Platform.
