The Concept Note Phase for Notice C has been extended until July 30, 2018 at 11:59 Pacific Time (PST).
During this time, current applicants may revise their concept notes to ensure all requirements are met to be eligible to move to the proposal round. Please review the checklist below for each opportunity. If a submission is missing any of the required pieces of information listed below it will not be eligible to move into the proposal phase.
Requirements for C0:
Technical Requirements:
- Must be an existing global good as defined by:
- Must be deployed in at least three low or middle-income countries. (Please list the countries)
- Must be a public good as defined by either option below:
Is it made available under Open Source Initiative approved software license
(Please provide a link to the source code), or
The Software is freely accessible and adheres to the Open Definition for access to Data. (Please share location of data access policy).
- The software has been applied to a health domain. (Yes/No)

Requirements for C1:
Technical Requirements
- A description of how your solution is interoperable with national health information architectures.
- A detailed description of how your solution furthers the development of openIMIS and fits within the priorities and roadmap.
- Discussion of project management approach.
- Timeline to meet deliverables.
- Potential obstacles and plan to overcome them.
